One of the busiest transport and freight corridors in the state’s South East is in urgent need of upgrading at a cost of about $1billion, a powerful lobby group claims.
The influential Civil Contractors Federation South Australia has called on both the federal and state government to commit funds required to guarantee National Highway B1 – 250 km section of Princes Highway between Meningie and Millicent – is duplicated as a ‘matter of urgency’
