The Civil Contractors Federation South Australia (CCF SA) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Jessica Tucker as its new Chief Executive Officer, commencing 10 November 2025.

Jessica brings extensive experience across both the private and public sectors. Having grown up in the civil construction industry through her family's business, Renfrey Plant Hire, Jessica has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

She previously served as a CCF SA Board Member for approximately five years, up until 2016, and has since held several senior leadership positions with the City of Onkaparinga, South Australia's largest council. Her roles have included Fleet, Civil and Waste Operations Manager, Acting Director of Operations, and Board Representative for the council-owned subsidiary, the Southern Regional Waste Resource Authority (SRWRA).

"Jessica's strong background in operational management, leadership and staff development, combined with her passion for the civil contracting industry, make her an excellent choice to lead the Federation," said CCF SA President Charles Hatcher.

"The Board looks forward to working with Jessica as we continue to strengthen our advocacy, enhance training delivery, and support members during this period of significant infrastructure investment and growth across South Australia."

Commenting on her appointment, Jessica said, "It's an honour to be returning to CCF SA and to lead an organisation that plays such an important role in supporting and representing our industry."

"I'm passionate about the civil construction sector and look forward to working closely with our members, Board, and stakeholders to ensure the Federation continues to deliver strong advocacy, high-quality training, and meaningful value to the people and businesses that build South Australia."

Jessica's appointment comes at a pivotal time for the industry as CCF SA continues to expand its services, strengthen workforce development, and champion the needs of members in a rapidly evolving infrastructure environment.
