Industry Advocacy	A strong voice representing members' interests to all levels of government and key industry stakeholders. We advocate on range of issues including infrastructure planning and delivery, procurement, investment, workplace health and safety, regulation and workforce skills and training.	CCF SA regularly submits feedback on behalf of members to government and industry stakeholders and hosts regular meetings with relevant Ministers, department staff and stakeholders. As a member, you also have the opportunity for input into CCF SA advocacy priorities and submissions via sub-committees and / or policy working groups.
Industry Engagement	Working collaboratively with government, members and industry partners to influence policy, improve infrastructure delivery and ensure the civil construction industry is heard by decision-makers.	Participate in CCF SA Annual Member Survey to inform advocacy priorities, CCF SA focus areas and deliverables. Opportunity to nominate for and be involved in CCF SA sub-committees (such as Women in Civil and Future in Civil) and associated activities. Invitations to CCF SA Member Forums throughout the year and discounted tickets to CCF SA leadership forums, award galas and networking events (refer to event calendar).
Discounted Training & Apprenticeships	Through Civil Train SA and Civil Apprenticeships and Careers Ltd, we offer nationally recognised training, apprenticeships and workforce development programs that build capability, support compliance and create long-term career pathways across the sector.	Through Civil Train SA, CCF SA members can access discounts on industry-leading training designed specifically for the civil construction sector. Upskill employees, maintain compliance, and strengthen your workforce while benefiting from reduced course fees. CCF SA members also receive exclusive savings through our partnership with CACL. Members receive a $1 per hour discount on apprentice program charge rates, delivering annual savings of up to $1,976 per apprentice based on a full-time apprentice working 38 hours per week.
Business Support	Providing practical advice, resources and opportunities to members that strengthen business capability, improve industry participation and support long-term business success.	Access to CCF SA HR Advice (initial phone or video consultation, up to 15 minutes, limited to 2 consults per year per member).  Access to business taxation and advice via Brentnalls SA with an initial free of charge meeting to review and discuss your affairs. New from 2027: Access to professional legal advice through CCF SA Legal Panel (further details to be announced soon).
