OVINGHAM LEVEL CROSSING

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport has selected the McConnell Dowell, Mott MacDonald and Arup Joint Venture to prepare a tender price for the OVINGHAM LEVEL CROSSING GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT.

The extent of the works is the removal of the Torrens Road Level Crossing, by grade separating the Gawler passenger and Adelaide-Melbourne freight rail services from Torrens Road traffic.

We wish to engage with local members of the Civil Contractors Federation to ensure they are in the best position to maximise opportunities from this important jointly funded State and Federal Government project, and are seeking request for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Project work packages include but are not limited to:

• Road & Structural Works
• Pedestrian & Cycling infrastructure
• Pavements
• Bridge & Structural Works
• Traffic Signals
• Line Markings, Signs and Road Furniture
• Stormwater and Drainage
• Street Lighting
• Rail Infrastructure Works
• Landscaping
• Other equipment, hardware, maintenance and Emergency infrastructure

Adhering to COVID19 restrictions, we are permitted to have 30 people maximum present at the briefing. If you are unsuccessful in gaining a face to face place, this will be streamed live via MS Teams.
