Managing psychosocial hazards and risk

It is anticipated that South Australia will soon adopt a new Code of Practice for Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work, providing greater clarity for businesses on how they can manage risks to psychological health in the workplace (known as psychosocial risks). This workshop aims to assist employers understand what are psychosocial hazards and risks, their legal obligations, and how to manage these risk factors within the workplace to prevent injuries and to help create a thriving workplace.
